    Hi George,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to adding per kilo options as an option for your products? If so, you can add it as a Product Option and enable Special Pricing Option. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Form Builder, click on the Product list then the Pencil icon to access the Product Settings.
    2. On Product Settings, click on +Addich würde gerne z Screenshot 30
    3. Turn on Special Pricing option and add the pricing for 0.5 Kilos.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, can we ask for a screenshot?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hello Rhina,

this is possible but for our customers it would ot be comfortable to use.

    I explain what I mean:

We are vegetable and flower gardener on 0,5 ha land, so quite a small business looking for an easy way for our customers (private and restaurants) to set their individual order among 80 different products.

BTW: These products may be available one week, the other not, so hiding the products in the form is a very goot option.

What we struggle now with is that we not only have very different prices but also different categories of measurement. Mostly it is "kg" but also "box", "small box", "bunch" etc.

For the measurement in kg we would like to offer the customer the possibility to choose say "1,5 kg of carotts" or "4,5 kg of potatoes". So using not just whole numbers but also decimals. When applying your suggestion this shows the result below in product "acetosa - sauerkopf":

I can choose the amount and the measurement but i can not enter say 2,5 kg, i need to choose 5 x 0,5 kg which is quite unusual and dificuld for customers.

Also it does not show the end price when selecting the a certain amount. Say 5 x 0,5 kg carots cost then 5 x 1,5 € = 6,75 €

Can you help us solving this?

The issue is just the decimals and end price. If we have other units like "box", "bunch" etc. it is clear: the price per unit multiplies with the price. But here we would also need the end price.

Do I make myself clear? Please ask if not.

    Best regards,

    Georg and Christian

    Hi George,

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand your concern correctly, do you want to create a sub-category to show the specific price of each selection? Then, show the total price. Let me show you how:

    1. Hover your mouse over the Product List, and click the Bucket Icon to open the product listich würde gerne z Screenshot 40
    2. Then, scroll down to show the Total Price on the Form and Enable it.ich würde gerne z Screenshot 51

If you want to show the specific quantity selector for each product, you need to enable the Create Sub-Product from the option

Please feel free to check my cloned form here.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
