Wie kann ich ein Anmeldeformular erstellen mit einer maximalen Anzahl an Personen für eine bestimmte Zeit?

Ich habe ein Formular erstellt, bei dem man sich für ein Event anmelden kann. Dieses Event kann jeden Tag zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten gebucht werden. Man kann in dem Formular eintragen, wieviele Personen zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit kommen wollen.

Ich möchte jetzt erreichen, dass zu jeder Uhrzeit nur z.B. 30 Personen angemeldet sein können. Also zbs wird 1. ein Formular ausgefüllt für ein Datum mit 20 Personen. Dann wird 2. Für das selbe Datum nochmal mit 20 Personen ausgefüllt, das darf dann aber nicht mehr funktionieren, weil nur für jede Uhrzeit 30 Personen kommen dürfen. Wie mache ich das bei Jotform?

Now, coming back to your question, the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot property of the Appointment field is based on the number of submissions that selected the same timeslot, not on another field's value.

A workaround would be to use the Quantity Gift Registry widget instead. However, this would mean that you would create one for each available tour day as you see in the screenshot below:

Registrants can input a number not exceeding the available slots in the box on the right of each item.

You can create logical conditions on your form that would show a specific Quantity Gift Registry widget based on the date selected in another field when met. The date field would look similar to this:

You will also need to create one logical condition for each date and each one would look similar to this:
