    Hi springerwien,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. There's no option to automatically create an ICS file when a form is submitted. However, if you want to let users book appointments, the Appointment element is a good element to use. You can set up a future date as well. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Gear icon attached to the Appointment field.
    2. Go to the Limits tab.
    3. Set the start and end date that you want the users to book.

Take note that you can also integrate your form with Google Calendar to link your Appointment field to your Google Calendar. Check out our guide on How to Integrate Google Calendar With Your Form.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.
