Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can find the last update invoice here. Additionally, you can check the invoices from your dashboard. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
Additionally, you can update the credit card details from your account settings. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
- In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
- Next, go to the Billing tab.
- Click on Change Credit Card.
- Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
- Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
