Unable to submit form if basic fields are set as Required

Now, let me help you with your question. I've cloned your form to test it after setting all fields as Required and I was able to replicate the issue. The form will not submit because of the "Ich bin mit der Speicherung und Verarbeitung meiner Daten zur Vorbereitung des Treffens einverstanden, in kann diese jederzeit widerrufen" field. You have not listed at least one option for this field. I suggest adding at least one option. Here's an example:
