Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you prefer. If you'd rather have support in German, just let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, about your question. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with this. However, It would be helpful for us to have a better idea of what may be happening if you could share a screenshot of the issue so we can take a look. You can also try this workaround to see if you can then connect it successfully:
- Go to the API tab in your Jotform account.
- Look for Zapier and click the 'X' across it.
Once you've done it, go back to Zapier and create a zap.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please tell us what happens when you click on the “Please reconnect it here” button in the top right corner of the screenshot you shared? You should be required to log in to your Jotform account again. Otherwise, please clear your browser's cookies and caches, log in to both Jotform and Zapier, and then click “Please reconnect it here” again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

As soon as I click on reconnect, a window opens in which I have to grant Zapier access to the Jotform account (see screenshot). As soon as I have done this and clicked on allow, the error repeats itself and this with every attempt.
Clearing the cache and cookies did not work.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please confirm if you have removed the API in Jotform as suggested by my colleague Alejandro in an earlier response? If not, please try to remove it from the API list. Follow the steps provided by him.
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In the access permission settings, you selected "No" if you're saving your data in the European Datacenter. You should respond "Yes" since your location is within Europe, which requires GDPR.
Try to change your response and see if this makes a difference.
