Hi pradhees,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The Google Sheets integration with Jotform only works in one way. Which is, Jotform will pass the data to Google Sheets. If you would like to sync the Google Sheets data to Jotform Table. I suggest using our Import App to import the data in Google Sheets to Jotform Tables.
Using the Import App, you should be able to import the data from Google Sheets to Jotform Tables. But first, you need to download the Google Sheet as an Excel file. Then you can use the file to Import it to Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. Open Import Data and click on Import Submissions Now at the bottom.
2. In the menu that pop-up, select Allow.
3. Then select the form and click on Continue.
4. Then apply the Template Format from the import tool to your Excel or CSV file.
5. Once the file is ready, click on Select Source File button and upload your XLS or CSV file.
6. Select Import.
Once the import is finished, you will see that it will create submissions to the form you selected. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
We also have a guide about Import Data: Easily Import Your Excel or CSV Data Into Jotform and How to Import Data in Jotform Tables that you can check out.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
