I am writing on behalf of my team to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issue we have been experiencing with accessing our account on your platform. For the past two weeks, we have been unable to log in despite numerous attempts, and this has caused significant inconvenience and frustrations on our part.
We rely on accessing our company account regularly to manage our client needs, and the inability to do so has disrupted our routine and caused us to miss out on important opportunities. Despite following all the recommended troubleshooting steps and contacting your customer support team multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.
We understand that technical glitches and system maintenance are inevitable, but the prolonged downtime without any resolution is unacceptable. As a loyal customer/user of your platform, we expect reliable and efficient service, which unfortunately has not been the case in this instance.
We urge you to prioritize resolving this issue as soon as possible. Additionally, we would appreciate regular updates on the progress of resolving the problem and assurances that measures are being taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
If this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, we will have no choice but to consider taking our business elsewhere and sharing our negative experience with others.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry you're having issues with logging in to your Jotform account. Based on your screenshot, it looks like you entered the incorrect password. Do you recall changing your account password recently? If you're not sure, let me help you with how to reset your password:
1. On the Login page, click on Forgot Password right below the Password field.
2. Enter your username or email, then select Send Reset Instructions.
3. Check your email for the password reset instructions.
4. Click Reset Password provided in the email.
5. Enter your new password, then click on Create a New Password.
