    Hallo,

    Vielen Dank

    Hi lstritzinger,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

    Hi lstritzinger,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I really do understand how upsetting this is. Although that feature isn’t available yet in Form Analytics, as a workaround, we can use Google Analytics to identify on which part the users close their form. Let’s do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Widgets tab.
    2. Search for Google Analytics, and drag and drop a Google Analytics widget to your form.

    3. Input your Google Tracking ID in the field, and click on Update Widget.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you!

I made a new property in Google Analytic and collencted it. Unfortunately I don't get any results in Analytics.

IS it because I use the form implemented in my page? https://akkutec.at/akku-reparatur/

    Hi lstritzinger,

Thanks for getting back to us. According to Google, data is processed and analytics accounts are updated every 24-48 hours. So, you might need to go back to your Google analytics in a few hours to get an update.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
