    Hallo,


    wir haben heute eine Mail erhalten, dass unser monatliches Submission-Limit erreicht wurde.

    Allerdings haben wir im Februar nur 4.800 von den möglichen 10.000 Anfragen über das Formular erhalten.

    Ich bitte hier um Prüfung und kurzfristige Rückmeldung, ob es hier ein Problem bei der Berechnung gab.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, due to the recent reset of your Submission Limit, we're no longer able to view the submissions you received for February. Currently, you have 85/10,000 submissions, I'd suggest checking your current usage from time to time to avoid going over your monthly limit. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.
    2. Then, click on the Usage tab.

    wir haben hier aktuell keine Grenze erreicht. Können wir dann diese Infomail von euch ignorieren?
