Why I am overcharged with my Legacy Bronze Plan?

Wenn ich den Downgrade auf Kostenlos ausführen will, sehe ich, dass ich einen anderen Plan habe:

Derzeit nutzen Sie unseren BRONZE Legacy Plan für $23/Monat exkl. Steuern.

Thanks for getting back to us. Take note that the legacy price for Bronze monthly is $29. The $24 price you're referring to is if you purchase Bronze yearly at $288. If you divide that to 12(yearly months), you'll get a rate of $24.

Thanks for getting back to us. Sorry for the confusion. Let me explain again. The $24 price rate is available on the Bronze annual plan only. Since you purchased Bronze monthly, you were billed $29 monthly.
