Downgrade hat für 2024 nicht funktioniert

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,


    ich hatte für dieses Jahr bereits das downgrade angefragt online - scheinbar hat es nicht funktioniert. Ich bin gerade zeimlich erschrocken als ich die Abbuchung erhalten habe.


    Ich bitte um ein Entgegenkommen, Gutschrift - so dass ich zumindest nur die Hälfte zahlen muss. Wie kann ich mir sicher sein, dass der Downgrade für 2025 funktioniert?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can confirm your plan is scheduled to downgrade on 28th February 2025. Regarding refund, I have forwarded your details to the billing team, and we'll get back to you as soon as we have an update.

    Hi Christina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have received the response from our billing team and according to them, we can provide a courtesy discount of $174. Let us know if you would like to take it, or if you want to downgrade to a starter plan now?
