Notification Email sent to the wrong email address

    Today somebody registered for an event by means of that Event Registration Form, which you have successfully transferred from my account (Arno@FIPAK.com) to the account (info@OpenStage-Rodgau.de).

    And Arno@FIPAK.com received that new registration which was done by a Julia Jeloneck via e-mail, even though info@OpenStage-Rodgau.de should have received it.

    I don´t know whether info@OpenStage-Rodgau.de has received it AS WELL, on top of me having received it at Arno@FIPAK.com. But my account (Arno@FIPAK.com ) should not received such registrations any more now.

    Can you please double-check that ?
    info@OpenStage-Rodgau.de must reach all of those forms once completed by a client.

    Hi Arno,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Please know that transferring the form does not automatically change the recipient of the Notification Email which is why you receive the email when someone submitted the form. You will have to manually update the recipient of the Notification Email. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
    • Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.
