Why is my upload storage still full?

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issue with this. I checked your account, and it looks like your limits have reset and everything looks fine now. Please check on your end if the limit reset has reflected to your account. I recommend looking at the Usage tab in your Account Settings as well to find out when your limits will reset again.
