Now, let me help you with your question. We have a product list that lets users type the product quantity. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Product List element to your form.

If you want to let users type in their price requests, you need to use basic fields for your products such as number field. There are also thousands of order form templates that you can use for free, here's the link to access them.

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please tell us more details about the item numbers you are referring to so we can check? Are you referring to setting an inventory for each of your products? If yes, the product field has a feature to Enable and Manage Product Stock. Once a form is submitted. all the product details a user selected can be viewed in the submission table. You can check out our guide on How to View Form Submissions. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so we can help you better?
