Datei Upload auf 3 begrenz

Hallo liebes Jotform Team,

ich habe ein Datei Upload erstellt, auf dem PC funktioniert alles und ich kann beliebig viele Dateien hochladen, wenn ich aber auf dem Smartphone Bilder auswähle, dann werden nur 3 Bilder geladen und der Rest bleibt einfach in pending, dadurch kann der Upload nicht abgeschlossen werden, ich habe alles versucht und bitte nun um Hilfe. Vielen Dank

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Could you let us know what specific device are you using? Also, Is your form embedded on a website? If so, please share the webpage link where your form is embedded. 've cleared your form cache as this helps fix temporary issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes?
