    wir haben eine E-Mail mit folgendem Inhalt erhalten:

    Müssen wir in irgendeiner Form aktiv werden? Kommt die E-Mail tatsächlich von Jotform

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've looked into your account, and there's no sign of a subscription issue. I've reached out to our relevant team for further information and will get back to you as soon as I receive an update.

    Thanks for your patience. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Hallo Nicole, das ist scheinbar eine Phishing Mail. Ich habe die gleiche erhalten, allerdings (angeblich) von Jimdo, meinem Website-Provider. (Das ist übrigens eine deutsche Firma, in der Mail steht was von Firmensitz USA...)
    Also: Falls du deine Zahlungsinformationen angegeben hast, solltest du dich bei deiner Bank melden.
