    ich benötige bitte dringend jemanden, der mich anruft. Englisch ist ok wenn kein deutschsprachiger Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung steht.


    Wir nutzen Jotform geschäftlich und benötigen heute eine Lösung für unser Problem.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Thanks for using Jotform. As what my colleague mentioned, we don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

    I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Hi,


    we always reach the maximum of our form in no time.


    The problem is, that we use pictures in our formular but dont need more forms and stuff.


    We reach the maximum after 2 days if there are many picture included. Is there a possibility to just upgrade the limit to take more picture without upgrading the whole ammount we dont need?

    Hi AEB_Energieberatung,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, upgrading just the upload space is not an option. You need to upgrade your account. You can also delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSVExcel, or PDF format and download your data.
