Hi murissubasic,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's approval process allows you to review form submissions before they are finalized or processed. To automatically inform customers after their form is approved, you can set up an Autoresponder email from your approval. This email can be triggered after the form is approved, and you can customize the content to serve as an order confirmation or any other type of notification you need. Let me show you how:
- In From Builder, click on Add Element.
- Under Basic, click on the Email element.
- This will add an email field to your form, which can be used as the recipient field for your Autoresponder Email.
- Now, click on Settings at the top, and click on Approval Flows on the left.
- Click on the Pencil icon to edit your Approval.
- Click on your Email field, and click on Settings.
- Edit your Email content as needed, and click on Recipients.
- Now, Under Recipient's Email, click on Form Fields and add the Email field.
- Lastly, click on Save. That's it.
