Hi murissubasic,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. It seems that your log-in to view uploaded files option is enabled. This feature is designed for account privacy, allowing only the account owners to view their uploaded files. If you prefer, you can disable this option, but be aware that it will allow others to access the files without logging in first.
To make this change, please use the desktop version of Jotform, as it's not available on the mobile app yet. Let me show you how:
- In My Form, click on your Avatar located on the upper right side of your screen.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Security.
- Navigate to the Security tab.
- Uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.
That's it! Now, you won't need to log in to view/download your uploaded image.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you provide us with a screenshot of the error message? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hey Jemuel,
Thanks for help and fast reply.
If I understood correctly, the setting you explained is valid for all my forms I create right?
And could you explain me how the approval works?
Would it be possible to automatically inform the customer who has sent the form after the approval, like a kind of order confirmation?Would it be possible to automatically inform the customer who has sent the form after the approval, like a kind of order confirmation?

Hi murissubasic,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, if the Log-in to view uploaded files option is disabled, it will apply to all your forms. This means that anyone with a direct link to an uploaded file will be able to view or download it without needing to log in.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
