Anmeldung nicht bekannt

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe die Pflege der Webseite vom KFV-Rastatt(Kreisfeuerwehrverband Rastatt) vor 2 Jahren übernommen. Dabei wurde mir die Anmeldung für JETFORM für das dort erstellte Formular nicht mitgeteilt.

Es ist leider auch nicht mehr möglich die Anmeldung herauszubekommen.

Können Sie mir helfen damit ich Zugriff auf dieses Formular bekomme damit ich es anpassen kann.

Now, let me help you with your question. You need to have the login credentials to access the form. It would be very easy if you have the credentials. You may also clone the form if you wish to start a new account. Let me show you how:

1. First, you need to register to Jotform.
2. After you log in, you can now create a new form.
3. Select Import From, and select From a Webpage
4. Now enter the URL of the form you wish to clone, then select create form.
