Handy Nummer lässt sich nicht eintragen

    Meine Kunden können in dem Feld, in dem sie die Handy nummer eintragen sollen, keine eintragen. Fehlermeldung! ich kann leider keinen Fehler beim Erstellen des Formulars erkennen ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked your form, it seems that you have added an Email field for the Phone number. I suggest changing it to Number field to allow phone numbers.

    Hello Petra,

    Thank you for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I cloned and checked your form, the field is no longer there. If you want to add it, you can add it from the form elements. Let me show you how:

    • Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the 'Phone Element' and  then drag and drop them onto your form.
