    Und zweite Frage

    Ich habe auch mein Google Kalender mit Termin versucht zu verbinden, aber das Problem ist, das wenn schon Personen eingetragen sind, trotzdem eine Doppelbuchung gemacht wird. Welche Lösung gibt es dafür?

    Hi schmiedtmanuelfitness,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible that it wasn't set up the maximum appointment per day. To prevent double booking per day, you will need to set this setting. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Appointment Field.
    2. Click on Gear Icon beside the field.
    3. A menu will show on the right side of the page.
    4. Click on Limits tab.
    5. Look for Maximum Appointments Per day.
    6. Then, set up your limit booking per day.

    Es ändert leider nichts. Habe Limit auf 1 gestellt und trotzdem kam es zu doppelbuchung.

    Hi schmiedtmanuelfitness, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. Try to delete the current Appointment field, then add a new one and set it up once more. If the issue happens again on the new Appointment field, let us know the submission ID's of the submissions that had duplicate bookings, so we can check it.

    Hab das jetzt versucht und es hat nicht geklappt. Im Google Kalender, konnte eine Doppelbuchung gemacht werden und wird nicht in meinen Kalender angezeigt. Übermittelungs ID: 91.141.43.91 Buchung war Dienstag 27.02. Hier ist aber ein Termin schon drin

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you provide the submission IDs for entries with the same appointment? Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select Columns in the upper-right corner.
    2. In the Show/Hide Columns dialog, select Submission ID.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to.  Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Also, the time that I've booked is now unavailable in the form as you see below:

    I've cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. Can you try to clear your browser cache, reintegrate your form to your Google calendar, test your form and see how it goes?  If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
