Hubspot Integration: Trigger via email

Hallo ich habe Hubspot mit meinen Formular verbunden. Jedoch wird Hubspot nur ausgelöst, wenn ich zum Schluss über Calendly einen Termin buche. Aber ich möchte, dass Hubspot schon auslöst, wenn die Fragen mit Email usw. beantwortet werden. Wo liegt mein Fehler?

Now, let me help you with your question. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, do you want to trigger HubSpot when a submission is made to the form and then the user receives an email from the submission, and replies to the email? If so, Can you please send the URL to your form so we can test it on our end? Please see this guide about Where to Find Your Form URL.

Thanks for providing us with additional information on your concern. The integration you set up on your form will only trigger if the user submits the form. Thus, it would require them to click the Submit button to trigger the integration. I checked your form and it seems that you have added the Calendly widget but you set it to hidden. I also checked the conditions but there are none. Did you happen to remove the condition on your form? Does the integration work if you remove Calendly widget and use the Appointment widget instead?

Ob ich Calendly oder Termin im Formular ist egal. Mir geht es darum, dass nachdem die Telefonnummer eingetragen wird, ein Trigger kommt, dass der Lead in Hubspot landet und nicht erst wenn er am Ende, absenden klickt. Welche Bedingungen soll drin sein? Ich habe keine

Ich hab was von Quellcode gesehen, dass man das vorzeitige abschicken kann oder mit dem Widget Global Countdown, welches aber nicht im mein Formular funtkioniert.

Thanks for your patience. I understand what you are trying to achieve that when a phone number is entered, a trigger occurs, so the lead ends up in HubSpot right away. I tried to find another way to achieve it, I'm afraid I there is none. Like previous support mentioned, normally the trigger will occur if the user submits the form.

Thanks for getting back and sharing a screenshot with us. I checked the screenshot you sent, it is related to how to Embed your form on your webpage and use the Global Countdown to automatically submit your form. Global Countdown widget can be used to set a timer for your form, once it ends, the form is automatically submitted regardless if the user didn't click on the submit button. In the mentioned screenshot, the user used the Prefill feature to fill out a form using another form data and set the Global Countdown widget to automatically submit the form:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the Global Countdown widget and add it to your form.
• In the Widget Settings window that opens up, set the preferred time count down.
• Under the Action section, select Submit Form.
• Then, click on Update Widget.

This is the result after adding the widget:

Since the form is automatically submitted, the data should be sent to your Hubspot integration.

Aber das sendet ja komplett ab! Ich möchte, wenn sich ein Lead einträgt ins Formular, dass die Kontaktdaten im Hintergrund abgesendet werden, ohne das sich das Formular schließt. Der Lead soll sich dann später noch einen Termin aussuchen. Das global Countdown geht nicht

Thanks for getting back to us. You can set up a Workflow in HubSpot to trigger that when respondents enter the phone number in your form, contact details will be sent to HubSpot. Here is a guide in creating and understanding workflows in HubSpot.
