Hi Johannes.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can accept entries with file uploads, depending on your upload limit. So, if you have 10GB of upload space, you can collect submissions with file uploads until you hit that limit. However, keep in mind that if you included 10 file upload elements in your form but did not specify a limit. Users can upload 1GB of files to each of the 10 file upload fields, consuming your upload space in a single submission. This limit does not reset and must be maintained manually. You can free up your upload space by deleting and then purging your form submissions with file uploads to save space.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
