Use own domain with form URL

    Guten Tag,

5 Kundinnen können also jeweils 2 GB hochladen?

    Danke für eure Rückmeldung!

    Johannes

    Hi Johannes,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:

    https://forms.yourdomain.com/formId

If you're interested in Jotform Enterprise, our Enterprise Sales Team will help and answer any questions you might have. You can contact them using this link. Please fill out and submit the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request, and someone from our Enterprise Sales Team will contact you as soon as possible.

You might also want to check out this guide about How to Use Custom Domains with Jotform Enterprise.

I've also moved your other questions to different threads so they may be addressed separately. You can check your second question here. As for your last question, you can go ahead and check that out here.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
