    Hallo,


    ich möchte ein Sign-Dokument, das ich erstellt habe, bearbeiten und etwas hinzufügen. Leider geht das nicht, weil ich nicht auf die langen Textfelder zugreifen kann. Was kann ich tun?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. There seem to be several sign documents on your form, can you send us the link to the document in question so we can take a look at it for you?

    If you're using a sign document template, you can edit it in Sign Builder. Let me show you how to do it:

    • On your My Sign Documents page, and click on Create Signable Document on the left side of the page.
    • Select the Use Template option and then choose your template.

    • In Sign Builder, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the page to edit the template. That's it.
