Does every member of my team need a paid plan?

The next thing is: Does every member of my team need a paid plan of jotform in this case? Or is my user the only one who needs a paid plan?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your team members don't need to have a paid plan in this case, because they will only be filling out the form. After they filled out the form, the data will be sent out to your account, which has a limit and usage. You can check our Pricing Page to check the limits on a paid plan and starter plan.
