How to prefill one form to another form?

Ich möchte gerne einstellen, dass nach Abschicken eines Formulars ein Link zum nächsten Formular erstellt wird.

Beim Öffnen des zweiten Formulars über den entsprechenden Link sollen bereits die Daten vom ersten Formular vorausgefüllt sein.

Ist das möglich? Und wie wären hierzu die entsprechenden Einstellungen?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, that's possible. You can Prefill Form Fields With Data From Another Form With Form Prefill. It will prepopulate your form fields with data from another form to your account. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In the Form Builder, go to Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Prefill in the left corner.
3. Click the Form Prefill option.
4. Select the Form and Match Your Fields from the selected form that you wish to prefill to your first form. Click on Save Settings after.
5. You can also click on Add More if you want to map more fields.
6. Once done, click on the Add a New Prefill. This will open the selected form’s table.
7. On the table page, you can either select the individual submission or select all, and click on Create in the upper right corner. You can only create 20 Prefilled URLs at a time.
8. After that, the Prefilled URLs are now set. Each of the Prefilled URLs is labeled based on the user’s name from the selected table.
9. Next, you can either choose individually or select all, and click on Send Invitation. As for me, I selected all and sent them all at once.
10. On the pop-up window, you can customize the message, and click on Send Invitation to confirm.
11. Another message will come out, once done.
12. On the other hand, here's how it looks after you finish creating a Form Prefill.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, you need to manually send the email invitation of the prefilled URLs to the form responders. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
