Guten Tag,
wir erhalten von unseren Interessenten, die die Formulare ausfüllen, wiederholte Fehlermeldungen dass die Abgabe der Formulare fehlschlägt. Wenn sie auf Absenden klicken, erscheint eine Fehlermeldung und der Bildschirm friert ein.
Können Sie uns bitte schnellstmöglich weiterhelfen? Aktuell sind wir dadurch nicht handlungsfähig und benötigen dringend eine Klärung des Problems.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you share with us the Form URL you are referring to and the screenshot showing the error message you are getting on clicking on the Submit button? Also, please let us know if the form is embedded on your website. If yes, please share the website link.
As an additional measure, I have cleared the form cache for you to avoid any temporary cache issues. Can you try it again to see how this goes now?
