    Guten Tag,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I can understand what you are seeing, Please wait when you try to make a payment on your form, and your form is integrated with the PayPal Personal. Are you referring to the Flohmarkt form? If yes, then I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screencast and screenshot below to see my results:

Can you please clear your Google Chrome browser's caches and test again? It should resolve an issue. It will be helpful if you can share with us the embedded form URL so we can check as well.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Nils von Schmuda,

Thanks for getting back to us with more information. Since the issue is related to the embedded form on your website, I suggest you re-embed the form. You can use the I-Frame method as well. When you use the I-Frame method, the chances are that the script conflict is less on your webpage.

I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Here is a guide on how to embed your form using i-Frame. Let me share the steps below on how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the I-Frame. Copy the code and paste it on your webpage. That's it. Erstelltes Formular mit Zahlung Image 1 Screenshot 30

If the issue persists, then it will be helpful to disconnect the current payment integration and re-connect it with PayPal Personal. It should resolve an issue. Erstelltes Formular mit Zahlung Image 2 Screenshot 41Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Nils von Schmuda,

Thanks for using Jotform. I'm sorry this is happening. Could you please share with us the screenshot and the screencast when you are getting the error 'Please wait' on your website? Here is a guide on how to send us screenshots, and for the screencast, you can use Loom. You can share a screen recording link here, and we will be able to check it.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hello leaguelegends450,

Thank you for getting back with us. I'm sorry that you're having issues with your form. Most of the time, removing that payment field and then adding it back solves the problem. Let me help you do that:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and choose the Product List element.
    2. Click on the Trash Can icon to delete it.
    3. Then, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    4. Drag and drop the Product List element to your form. It will automatically be added with the same items that you had but without the Payment integration.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Nils von Schmuda,

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please connect your form to the sandbox of PayPal Personal account so, we can go ahead and run a test on your embedded form, from our end? We can't run a test when your form is connected to the live account. Will you allow us to run a test to see if we can replicate an issue?

If possible, can you also share with us the screenshot of the console log report when you click on the submit button, and it shows you to please wait? Here is a link to how to get the console log report from the Google Chrome browser. Here are the steps:

    • Right-click when you click on the submit button.
    • Select Inspect from the bottom of the list.
    • Choose Console next to the Elements. That's it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
