    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    die Zahlung über PayPal funktionierte auf einmal nicht mehr, obwohl Guthaben vorhanden ist! Deshalb haben wir die PayPal Zahlungsinformationen aktualisiert. Es funktioniert trotzdem nicht! Warum??? Wir brauchen das Jotform Formular. Bitte um Hilfe!!!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Dear Sir or Madam

    the payment via PayPal suddenly stopped working, although there is a credit balance! We have therefore updated the PayPal payment information. It still does not work! Why? We need the Jotform form. Please help!!!

    Hello Tim,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I already heard an update from the team that there are no details from PayPal as to why was the payment rejected, but as per checking PayPal will make another charge attempt on February 18. If you still have any issues on or after that date, please don't hesitate to reach out.
