ich habe vor knapp anderthalb Wochen einen Education Rabatt erbeten und alle nötigen Schritte dazu auf Ihrer Internetseite ausgefüllt. 

Leider habe ich von Ihnen keine Rückmeldung erhalten und jetzt wurde der volle Betrag abgebucht.
