    Hallo liebes Jotform Team,

    Ich kann mich mit der Email leider nicht mehr registrieren, könntet ihr mal nachsehen wo hier ein problem vorliegt.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I apologize, but I don't seem to fully understand your query. May I know what you mean by you cannot register with the email? If you are pertaining to create an account with the email address you've used to reach us, unfortunately it cannot be used any more as it's already registered. Unless you are pertaining to a different email address, you can provide it to us so we can check its status for you.

    We'd like to know more about your query so we can help. Kindly provide more details about it, and it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Originally I wanted to register again with my email address, but unfortunately this is not possible. You can only write to support if you are logged in. Which is why I have now registered with a different email address.

    Hi Dennis,

    Thanks for getting back to us with the information. I checked the email address and it appears to be a newly created account and then has been deleted. Since the account can still be recovered, I went ahead and recovered it for you. If you still recall your password for this, you can use it together with the email address for you to be able to login.
