Guten Tag,
Wir erhlaten in den letzten Tagen immer eine hCpaptcha Frage in welcher man Bilder anklicken muss und bestätigen, dass man kein Roboter ist um ein Formular abzuschicken (siehe Bild) wie kann ich das deaktivieren?
im Anschluss erhalten wir sehr häufig Fehlermeldung, jedoch gehen die Dokumente scheinbar durch.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that if we receive multiple submissions to one network/IP address then spam protection/reCaptcha will be triggered even if you did not add any Captcha widget to your form. I have whitelisted your account to remove the captcha, can you please test the forms now?
