E-Mail Adresse für Rechnung ändern

    Guten Tag

    Bei unserem Abonnement ist bei der Rechnung noch eine E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt von einer Person, die nicht mehr bei uns arbeitet. Wie kann ich diese anpassen?

    Es handelt sich um die Adresse mueller@quint.ch. Diese sollte geändert werden zu moos@quint.ch

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've forwarded your concern to our Billing team to update the email address attached to the account invoice. As soon as we hear back from them, we’ll update you here on this thread.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, do you still need help with this? If you would like to change your account's email address, it's possible in Jotform too. Let me show you how:

    1. In Settings, scroll down to find Email.
    2. Click on EditChange the default email address on our account  Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 31 Screenshot 10

    If the Require verification to change email option is enabled, you will get an email message to verify the email address change request. You can disable this setting in your Security Settings.
