Liebes Jotform Team,
leider gab es bei der letzten Abbuchung eine Verzögerung, da die Karte vom Einkaufsabteilung geändert wurde.
Damit solche Verzögerungen nicht mehr passieren, würden wir euch sehr gerne bitten, uns diesbezüglich eine Rechnung zustellen.
Wäre es bitte möglich, dass wir die jährliche Abbuchung per Rechnung erhalten und diese dann überweisen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. We no longer accept check, purchase orders, or wire transfer payments. Existing subscriptions paid for using one of these methods will be maintained. As for your account, you may only pay using a credit/debit card or PayPal. If you want to check your Invoices, you may follow these steps:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
