Guten Tag,
Personen, die auf meiner Webseite das Formular ausfüllen teilen mir mit, dass das Formular nicht abgesendet werden kann.
Da steht nur "Please Wait".
Danach passiert jedoch nichts.
Das habe ich von mehreren Leuten als Feedback erhalten.
Und das ist mit verschiedenen Browsern getestet worden.
Können sie bitte weiterhelfen?

I updated the iframe code on the website and one person gave me the feedback that it works again.
Could you please anyway check it?

Hi Reza,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I tested your live form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
