    Hallo,

    MfG

    Hi Albert,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Can you also share with us your Form URL? We have a guide about Where to Find Your Form URL that you can check out. Also, please include a screenshot of the issue, this way we can better understand what is going on. We also have a guide about How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum that you can check out.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Vincenzo,

support in English is ok. I'll try to find the right translations for the form and table details.

Here is the Form URL: https://form.jotform.com/240381878495066

I really loved to design the form in jotform, yet I have some problems now with the associated table.

First, the form asks teachers for some registration data. Some teachers will register one class only, and I would like to get the name of the class (lets say 4a), the number of pupils and the name of the teacher (wich is in this case the name of the person that fills in the form). Some teachers will like to register more than one class. I allowed 4 classes to be registered in this form, again with class name, no. of pupils, name of class teacher. Then I would expect that all fields produce a column in the table. Instead, the table displays only the first three columns with the data of the first registered class. All the other columns should be there somewhere, also because in test entries the confirming emal listed all 4 classes registered and if I click on the button "Colums" (the one with the eye picto) I can find all column titles there. So how to display them all?

I first tried a dynamic table with three fields for the class registrations, but I found the data to be "nested" in on column (or field) and this would make simple calculations like summing up the number of pupils impossible (or at least I don't know how to further process these nested data)

Second, I included a product list in the tabel. This function is really neat and very user friendly. Gathering the orders in text or numer fields would be tedious. But again, all product order data are written together in one table colum. And there the same information, the list of orders, is displayed four times and I do not understand why. So one queation ist how to manage to have it displayed only once. And then, if you have an idea / a tool how to report the sum of orders of each product, this woul be very helpful.

I hope you could understand my questions. Looking forward to your solutions,

    cheers,

    Albrecht

    Hi Albrecht,

Thanks for getting back to us. I assume you're referring to the column in the submission table, where the other class fields column aren't displayed, right? If so, then the field's corresponding columns were probably not enabled from the Manage Columns section. Let me show you how to include them as columns.

    1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the Main tab name.

    2. Click on Manage Columns from the list of options.

    3. Next, put a check on on the fields you need to display as columns

    4. Lastly, click on Update.

As for your other question, I have moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
