Now, let me help you with your question. To confirm, has the Giro card payment option suddenly disappeared on this form? Keep in mind that when integrating with PayPal Business, you can only add 2 payment methods, Debit/Credit Card and PayPal.
Can you send us a screenshot that shows the Giro card was displayed on the form before so we can have a better idea? This guide will show you how to do that. In the meantime, can you try disconnecting your PayPal Business and re-integrating it to see if the issue persists? Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click the Wand icon in your Payment field to open Settings.
- Next, select Disconnect.
Once disconnected, re-integrate your form with Paypal Business. Let me show you how:
- In the menu on the right side of the screen, click on Connect. That will redirect you to the PayPal page to connect your account.
- Enter the necessary information and connect your account with your form.
