Antrag auf Non-Profit-Umstellung des Kontos

Guten Tag,

dieses Konto wird von der SourceWeb Green Foundation (Registrierungsnummer in UK 14776220) genutzt. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Non-Profit-Organisation. Sie finden entsprechende Klauseln und Nachweise unter anderem im Statut/Gründungsurkunde. Gewinne werden nicht ausgeschüttet, sondern zur Erreichung der gemeinnützigen Ziele, die sich die Organisation zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, genutzt. Auch Formulare bei denen der Empfänger eine andere Gesellschaft ist, enthalten entsprechende "Non-Profit-Distribution-Klauseln" (Nachweis gerne möglich) und auch diese Gewinne werden an die Green Foundation übertragen. "Foundation" ist in UK, wo die Gesellschaft gegründet wurde, auch ein "sensitive Word" und kann nur nach Prüfung und Freigabe der Gemeinnützigkeit unter anderem durch den Secretary of State verwendet werden. Diese Freigabe liegt dementsprechend vor.

Bei Fragen stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung und reichen entsprechende Nachweise gerne nach.

Die Formulare werden auch recht wenig verwendet, durchschnittlich sind es lediglich eine Hand voll Übermittlungen im Monat. Offen gesprochen war der Jahrestarif den wir die letzten Jahre hatten bei der Menge der eingegangenen Antworten zu monatlich 29 USD in unserer Kosten/Nutzenanalyse bereits grenzwertig.

Wir würden gerne Kunde bleiben, auch wenn wir relativ wenige Anfragen über die Formulare erhalten, und bei Umstellung des Kontos wird das auch sicher ohne weitere Prüfung die nächsten Jahre der Fall sein. Bei weiterer Zahlung des vollen Preises (derzeit monatliche Zahlungen zu 49 USD) werden wir den Nutzen den wir aus der Verwendung der Formulare ziehen jedoch leider noch einmal genauer bewerten und besprechen müssen.

This account is used by the SourceWeb Green Foundation (UK Companies House registration number 14776220). It is a non-profit organization and you will find relevant clauses and evidence in the statutes/foundation certificate. Profits are not distributed, but are used to achieve the charitable goals that the organization has set in its statutes. Forms where the recipient is another company also contain corresponding “non-profit distribution clauses” (we can provide proof) and these profits are also transferred to the Green Foundation. “Foundation” is also a “sensitive word” in the UK, where the company was founded, and can only be used as a part of the coampyn name after review and approval of the non-profit status by the Secretary of State.

The forms are also used very little; on average there are only a handful of submissions per month. The annual tariff we have had for the last few years was already at the limit in our cost/benefit analysis given the number of submissions we received at USD 29 per month.

We would like to remain a customer, even if we receive relatively few inquiries via the forms, and if the account is converted to non-profit, this will certainly be the case for the next few years without further review. However, if we have to continue to pay the full price (currently monthly payments of $49), we will unfortunately have to review and evaluate the benefits using your service in more detail.
