Hi felixstaehle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can do that by adding your Mail ID in your form using SMTP and changing the email notification settings to use your personal mail ID to send the mails after form submission. To add the sender email to your account, please follow the step below:
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on the Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Sender Email.
4. Click on Edit on the left, Sender Email Button will appear.
5. Click on the Sender Email Button, Add SMTP details in the pop-up dialog box.
6. Click on the Add Email button to add the email.
Once Email Added, go to email notification in your form and change the sender email to your newly added email and save the Email notification settings. You can check out the guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
- Go to the Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen, and click on the Pen icon of Notification Email.
- Go to the Recipients tab, and go to Sender Name.
- And Leave it blank or select, Please Select.
- Click Save.
The result should look like this:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi felixstaehle,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can add your custom sender email address to replace noreply@jotform.com when replying using Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Inbox, click the Reply button and click the gear icon.
- Under Sender Email, click +Add email address.
- Enter the SMTP information and click Add Email.
After that, you can now reply to the submission in Jotform Inbox using a custom sender email.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
