Cannot received Notification Email

    Sehr geehrtes Jotform-Team,

    bei meinem Formular (https://form.jotform.com/81912935084360) erhalte ich keine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung, wenn ein neuer Eintrag verfügbar ist. Die E-Mail-Adresse unter "/settings/emails" ist korrekt und ein Klick auf "E-MAIL TESTEN" hingegen schickt die E-Mail erfolgreich ab. Dadurch kann gesagt werden, dass die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse korrekt ist.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your form. I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, however, it is working properly on my end. I was able to receive a Notification Email. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Can you please try to remove the Notification Email? I also cleared your caches to refresh the form.
