Liebes Team,
Danke

Hi KFSalzburg,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am using a translator to interpret your question so please bear with me. Feel free to answer back using your preferred language if that would help you express your issue better. If you prefer someone to help you in your local language, just let us know so we can forward it to them. Meanwhile, I will answer your issue in English.
I see that you have some forms. But first, can you check your spam folders if the emails have landed there?
If the emails are not in spam/junk mail, then the next step that you can do is change one of your form sender email addresses from your existing sender email to noreply@jotform.com. This way you can test if this is an issue with the sender email usage:
Next, if you receive emails using noreply@jotform.com, then it's possible that your email service provider might have made some changes. This is because the Custom Sender email method of sending which is email masking is an obsolete process for sending emails.
If you can receive an email alert after this change then you can delete the email address by doing the following:
- Go to your Account Settings page.
- Delete these sender emails
- Next, add again those sender emails but this time using SMTP
- Add your SMTP email credentials and save your settings
- Finally, Edit your form again and change the sender address to the one that is now using SMTP
After this, you can try again if you are able to receive emails using sender email addresses that authenticate via SMTP.
Once you receive the email, you will need to update your email alert settings that used to use the Custom Sender email addresses.
I understand that this response is quite long so it might confuse you a bit. in any case, let us know if you have more questions or need more help.
