Seit der Umstellung auf HIPPA erhalten wir die Mails nicht

    Hallo Support Team,

    seit der Umstellung, haben wir Probleme mit der automatischen Weiterleitung der Formulare.

    Die Kunden erhalten die Bestätigung, allerdings erhalten wir nicht immer die Mail mit der verschlüsselten PDF.


    Bitte euch um schnelle Rückmeldung.

    To my understanding, since the change to HIPAA servers, you started having intermittent email notification deliveries. Unfortunately, since we cannot access your account due to the HIPAA restriction on your account, we can only evaluate this through some questions. Here they are:

    1. Are you using a webmail (checking email via browser) or you are using an email client such as Mozilla Thunderbird, among others?
    2. Have you checked your email's spam folder to see if the emails have landed there?
    3. If your answer to #1 is yes, have you checked your spam folder in your email account via webmail (browser) to see if the email landed there? Usually, the email in the mail server's spam box doesn't get transmitted to the local email client.
