Map prefix to Zoho Integration.

wir möchten über unsere Formulare nicht nur den Namen, sondern auch die Anrede (Herr/Frau) aufnehmen und die Information zu unserem CRM (Zoho) übertragen.

Das Feld ist in Zoho ein Dropdown-Feld, daher haben wir im Formular den Prefix beim Namensfeld aktiviert und es ebenfalls als Dropdown angelegt. Leider können wir jedoch diese beiden Felder nicht miteinander verknüpfen, da es die Integration nicht zulässt... Könnt Ihr uns hier weiterhelfen?

Now, let me help you with your question. While there is no direct solution to your requirement, it can be achieved using a workaround. You can disable the prefix in the name field, and use a separate dropdown field where the form filler can select their prefix. Then, add a short text field that will combine both the prefix and name together. Then map the short text field to your Zoho Integration. It's easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, hover your mouse to the Full Name field and click on the Gear Icon.
2. Now, on the right panel, go to Options Tab.
3. Next, turn off Prefix.
4. Given that the Dropdown field and Short Text field is already added. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
5. Now, select Conditions in the left panel.
6. Next, click on Add Conditions.
7. Select Update/Calculate Field.
8. Now, set these conditions and click on Save:
9. Finally, map the Short Text Field to your Zoho Integration.
