hoe koppel ik mijn deelnemerslijst aan een QR scanner

Ik heb via Jotform een formulier gemaakt voor mijn evenement. De inschrijvingen worden verzameld in de tabellen. Alle deelnemers krijgen een QR code en ik heb een fysieke QR scanner. Is er een app die de Jotform tabellen aan een QR app kan koppelen?
