Request to update the invoice

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    wir benötigen dringend eine vollständige Rechnung von Ihnen. Im Account ist lediglich eine Rechnung ohne unsere Anschrift hinterlegt.

     gem. § 14 Abs. 4 UStG müssen in einer Rechnung enthalten sein:

    • der vollständige Name und die vollständige Anschrift des Leistungsempfängers

    Bitte lassen Sie uns bis zum 12.02.24 eine vollständige Rechnung zukommen.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    thanks so much for your fast reply. I am happy with English. There has to be our address on the invoice otherwise we get a problem with our tax office.

    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We have successfully changed your invoice address. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar.
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.

    Refund Request: Charged three times Image 1 Screenshot 30 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 104. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section

    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
