Tables: Request to display each purchased product of the product list in a new column

    Hallo,

    Vielen Dank

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that at the moment it is possible to display maximum 3 columns on the same line and doing that is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List, next click on the Magic wand icon on its right to open the Payment Settings panel on the right side of the screen.
    2. Next, click on the Settings button.
    3. Finally, under Product List Layout, select the Three Columns option.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so we can help you better?

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hello Vincenzo,

thanks for your answer, but it is not what I meant.
My Problem is not the shop itself but the table where the data is collected. All the shop items are mushed together in one collumn. I would love to have every singele shop item in a column by itself. Is that possible? Is there a workaround?

    Thanks
    Frank

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, the Product List is considered as one field, its data is contained in one cell. So this cannot be split into multiple columns or cells on Tables. Since, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can change the Product List to other basic elements such as Single Choice Button and pass calculations on Payment Integration. We also have a guide about How to Assign Calculation Values that you can check out.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
