Allow multiple selection of date and time slot in the Appointment element

Liebes Support Team,

wir wollen das Basic Terminplanungstool nutzen, damit ein Nutzer an 7 ausgewählten Tagen mit unterschiedlichen Zeitintervallen einen Termin buchen kann.

Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass ein Nutzer jeden Tag nur ein Zeitintervall auswählen kann und maximal bis zu 5 Termine an unterschiedlichen Tagen.

Das Basic Termin Element bietet zwar unterschiedliche Zeitintervalle und eine Begrenzung an Personen, die einen Termin buchen können, aber ich finde keine Option, dass über mehrere Tage verteilt mehrere Termine gewählt werden können, die in Summe auf 5 Eingaben begrenzt ist.

Habt ihr eine Idee, wie ich so ein Vorhaben umsetzen kann?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the Appointment element allows only one to select a single date and time slot per submission. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

A possible workaround is to use the Inventory or Gift Registry widget to allow multiple selections of date and time slots. However, the date and time slot options will be predefined; hence, you will need to create many options for it.

I guess the Gift Registry would be the best option then. Therefore I have to create a gift registry for every date and define time slots for each day with the amount of 1.

If I have 7 days/7 gift registries, how can I cap the selection with a maximum of 5? One customer only have the permission to enter 5 time slots on 5 different days. Can I set it up in setting on conditions?

Hi Erik,

Thanks for getting back to us. That is correct. As for the Gift Registry widget, you will need to create one for every date and define time slots for each with the amount of 1. Also, there is the Max Selection option in the widget which you can set a number that will limit the item selection. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the Max Selection using conditions.
